What type of leather does American Leather Co. use?
We exclusively use 100% genuine, full-grain American leather. Our hides are ethically sourced and undergo a natural tanning process to highlight the unique character and grain of each piece.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To maintain the beauty of your leather, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every American Leather Co. product is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Do you offer international shipping?
